VISUALIZATION TO ATTAIN BUDDHIC AND CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS

Imagine you are standing in a sunbeam. The sunbeam is vertical, and centered directly over your head.

Imagine the beautiful white Light is coming down from the Central Sun, through the Sun of our Solar System, and down through your body, interpenetrating all your body tissues.

Imagine that the beam of Light is slowly and gently scanning down and up, up and down, from 2 feet above your head, through the atomic structure of your body, and on down to 2 feet below your feet,  like this:

  • Starting 2 feet above your head, and moving down through your head and neck, the sunlight brings you the emotion of JOY.
  • As the sunlight gets to your chest, upper arms, and upper abdomen, its beautiful rays impart the feeling of LOVE. See this illustration …

  • As the sunlight gets to your lower abdomen, lower arms, sexual organs, and legs, and then sinks down 2 feet into the Earth, the sunlight gives you a feeling of PEACE.

And then the sunlight moves up again …

  • from two feet below your feet … PEACE
  • to your mid region … LOVE
  • and on to your head, and on up till it gets 2 feet above your head … JOY

Do this healing scan slowly, down and then up, 3 to 5 times, till you feel your body of Light resonating with JOY, LOVE and PEACE. These are the beautiful energies of Buddhic and Christ Consciousness … the energies of the Fifth Dimension.
