SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO
Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.
Stomach Slap for Positive Ki
I have a new technique for you, called the ‘Stomach Slap’. It is a health technique. You must not do it too strongly; just in a pleasant kind of way. And not for too long; just for three or five gentle slaps alternately on each side of the abdomen. And the benefits of this technique are …
- It gets the attention of your Martians, who live in your colon, your gastrointestinal (GI) tract, and
- It breaks the rhythm of entrainment to the unconscious thought cloud of the world … which sets up a rhythmic electromagnetic (EMF) ‘drumbeat’ in the colon especially during the full moon, sometimes the new moon, and Friday and Saturday night in the cities of Earth.
- In addition, it brings up vital force, or ki, or chi, or prana, so that your energy field is more able to create a strong barrier of energy to protect you from negative thoughts and negative astral beings.
It is a very simple technique; it goes like this [slaps sides of abdomen gently, three times each side] …

I Am I, I Am I, I Am That Am
Kriya by Alice B. Clagett
14 June 2019
I Am I.
I Am I.
I Am That Am.
I used these hand gestures while speaking this chant, while standing …
- Right arm at side; left hand in fist, taps chest lightly at level of heart when saying the words in single quotation marks: ‘I’ Am I, ‘I’ Am I, ‘I’ ‘Am’ That Am.
- Right arm at side; left arm extended to front, palm down, fingers extended forward, when saying the italicized words: I Am ‘I’, I Am ‘I’, I Am That Am.
- Right arm at side; left arm extended to front, palm up, fingertips forward, when saying the final, italicized words: I Am I, I Am I, I Am That ‘Am’.
I am left-handed, so it is natural for me to gesture with my left hand; those who are right-handed may prefer to perform these gestures with their right hand.
Photos of these gestures are below.

Maori Warrior Dance of New Zealand
The feeling of this technique is a little like the Maori Warrior Dance from New Zealand, only less strenuous to perform …

… only more subdued.
