For instance, as I may have mentioned before, I learned from her how easy it is to ‘call my Soul fragments back home’. The minute I knew they were just hanging out, in whatever dimension or time-space continuum, simply waiting to get back together with me, I just called them back, and they came.
Mostly complaining about something or other. Upset, feeling I did not love them. Repeated assurances on my part, something like this …
Soul Fragment: You don’t LOVE me!
Me: I DO love you! I DO, I DO, I DO!
Soul Fragment: I hate you, I hate you, I don’t want to be there!
Me: I hear you!
Then typically the Soul Fragment would repeat some audio clip, negative resonance, the sound of which had caused it to detach from my major Soul. To which I would say: I hear you!
After a number of such reassurances, I would feel the discordant energy sliding up into me, here or there. Then, noticing the discord, I would place my left hand on my heart. As I felt both my heart and the discord, I would feel the discordant energy smoothing out and joining the resonance of my major Soul. Also, invariably, a feeling of: Welcome back! I missed you so much! So glad you are here!
And then the Quiet.
SOUL WOUNDING
I have not taken Daniella Breen’s course on Soul Wounding yet, although I am eagerly looking forward to it. Meantime, I can offer a little from my own experience on this topic.
We can consciously meditate on and reconnect with our Soul field. Our Souls are much, much bigger than our physical bodies. One way to get in touch with our true majesty is to compose a mantra about it. Here are two along the lines of what Daniella teaches:
I am 100% a sovereign Soul! I am 100% in the sacred majesty of my being!
As we concentrate more on our Soul, it will begin to manifest to us in a personal way. In my case, I can actually hear my Soul reflecting back to me a beautiful chorus of sound. When my heart is in alignment with my Soul, what I hear back is something like Tom Kenyon’s Aethos Sound Meditation, only more like happy cheers than a continuous sound:
Sometimes what I hear back is a sad chorus, overall, as if it were coming from a huge hemisphere around me … Goes up higher than a high-flying airplane (30,000 feet … humm … could that be 6 miles high?).
Sometimes I hear a directional phrase, from a long way off, repeated plaintively over and over again. Or, I may feel a returning pain or discomfort, a sense of density, somewhere in my physical body. I take these to be indications of Soul wounding.
My feeling is, we cannot clear our Soul wounding without accessing our heart energy, My personal mantra, as of yesterday, is: I am one great heart.
I tried ‘I am one BIG heart’ for many years, but noticed this didn’t help me stay svelte. Hence the changeup.

When I sang the mantra on this clip the second set of four times, my left hand was on my heart. It seemed to me that the resonance was quite different. Do you sense a difference? So I find that singing this mantra, especially while walking, and especially while placing my left hand on my heart, helps me become more aware of my heart energy.
When I sit in meditation, I have tried this with good results. Before beginning the mantra, I place my feet firmly on the floor, spine straight but not stiff, eyes raised at least as high as the horizon, and not fixed … moving here and there. I place my left hand on my heart and raise my right hand as if in greeting. Come to think of it, this picture of Christ has a pretty good example of the mudra …
So back to the Soul wounding … When I sense, in whatever manner, the presence of Soul wounding, I place my awareness on the wounding, and at the same time on my heart chakra, and I stick with this dual awareness till the wounding resolves. Deep wounding, I have found, requires application of this technique over and over again.
As I do this technique, sometimes I hear or sense a sort of blending with other Souls. I sense how much they want to heal their own Soul wounding. Through experience, I have found out how important it is, at this moment of healing, to disregard the wounding of other Souls, and concentrate only on my own Sovereign Soul. Otherwise, I have found, the healing will not take place. Paradoxically, if my own Soul wounding begins to heal, so does that of those around me.
HEALING OF COLLECTIVE SOUL FRAGMENTS
I have a thought that all the sad and suffering mental filters through which we view life … including genital mutilation, orphanhood, despair, enslavement, desire to die, Satan and the hell worlds, predation, war, and so on and on and on … all that dark stuff in fact represents fragments of the Collective Soul of humankind.
Perhaps, like the lost, confused, lonely, and sad fragments of our own personal Souls, the Soul fragments of our Collective Soul need to be called back into our Collective Heart. Perhaps we, as sovereign Souls, can perform this service for humankind.

As Ascension proceeds, and as we assume higher and higher frequencies and pulsations into our body of Light, there can develop a rift of communication between Lightworkers and other beings on Earth, including other human beings.
HEALING TECHNIQUE TO SLOW THE PULSATION OF THE HEART CHAKRA
I just learned a technique to resolve the rift between the higher pulsating energies of Lightworkers, healers, and wayshowers, and the slower pulsating energies also in flux through the magnetosphere of Earth today. Here is how to do the technique …
Lie down on your back in a quiet place. Say softly, from within the hridaya, the hidden center of your heart chakra, these words to the sweetly helpful body elemental of the heart: Down by one tenth!
As you say those words, imagine the energies of the center of your heart slowing in pulsation to one tenth as fast as your usual pulsation. Then say again: Down by one tenth!
Now the pulsation of the hridaya, which is the center of your electromagnetic field, should be one one-hundredth of what it was before. At this very slow pulsation, the foundation of your communication with other Earth beings can easily be repaired and healed up, so that both they and you will be completely well.
For each Earth being with whom you have intuitively felt friction, and from this very slowly pulsating space, say with great, patient gaps between the words, what simple message you have to convey.
ON FREEING THE HEART ENERGY FROM THE ASURAS
To the asuras, the self-willed astral negative astral beings who set themselves against the helpful beings of the devic realm (who are also known as ‘suras’), say …
You ……………. are ……………. not ……………. my ……………. friend.
If in your heart you feel this message has not been heard, then from the space of your hridaya, the hidden center of your heart chakra, say again: Down by one tenth!
Then repeat your message to the asuras. Continue the process until you are sure you have been heard, and that the friction between your heart and their energy has settled and calmed, and they have accepted that they are not your friend.

For each human being you know with whom there is a subconscious animosity, a karmic knot, on the psychic plane, especially a long-standing karmic knot, I found today it is possible to use the same technique as for the asuras to sunder the karmic knot.
First I slowed the heart chakra using the request: Down by one tenth!
If necessary, I repeated this request several times. Then I intuitively chanced across one of the human beings with whom there was a feeling of subterranean tumult or turmoil, indicative of an unresolved energetic rift. Intuitively I would feel the person making a little ‘war’ against me, in their subconscious mind, like a tiny tempest that was unsettling and injuring my heart chakra in some way.
Then to that person feeling enmity toward me I said, very, very slowly, from the hidden center of my heart …
Know ……………. that ……………. you ……………. are ……………. my ……………. friend.
On Releasing the Heart from the Grudges of Other People
This freed my heart from enmity, clearing a space for me to hear the message they had for me. That message might be a long-held grudge, which they were able succinctly to express, perhaps in but a word or two, as soon as our two energy fields were disengaged the one from the other.
Then when I clearly heard the grudge, the animosity between that person’s heart and my own cleared, as if by magic, instantly.
On Helping to Heal the Dark Secrets in Other People’s Hearts
In another instance, after the person’s energy field separated from my own, then I heard a long-held, very deep, very dark secret, again succinctly expressed, in but a word or two. Intuitively I discerned the keeping of that dark secret had caused long-standing emotional anguish for another person. So as to assist in the healing effort, I sent a very slowly pulsating, slowly stated message from the center of my own heart, to the center of the heart of that person who had been in anguish. The message I conveyed was the very secret I had just heard.
The words I used were nearly identical to those used by the first person, the one who had held the secret. So for example, the first person had said: I did this-and-such very naughty thing.
When I heard that, my heart said to the heart of the second person, the person who felt anguish: She [naming the woman’s name] did this-and-such very naughty thing.
Then there was immediate release of the burden of anguish for the second person, and a reeling back of the karmic skein hooked into heart heart. Then her heart found respite and returned to the happy feeling that is its wont.

CONCLUSION: WHAT THIS TECHNIQUE WILL DO FOR YOU
These are just two examples that took place today, as, I am happy to say, I successfully took several of these karmic ‘boondoggles’ apart in one session of healing my own heart and restoring it to its usual state of well-being.
The result for me right now is a very calm heart, very at ease and settled well into my electromagnetic field. In addition, I am not hearing the telepathic clamor that occurs when the shorts occur in that field due to karmic ‘hooks’ and ‘grabs’ by the asuras.
Those beings love nothing more than to sally forth, casting astral malware into our axiatonal lines, so as to create tiny tempests of unrest in the electromagnetic field of the heart and of the body of Light as a whole.
It is at the very lowest, most slowly pulsating frequencies of Light that these karmic ‘hooks’ and ‘grabs’ can be disengaged, as the energies of the asuras, and of the malware they cast into our electromagnetic fields, are of these very slow, very dense vibrations.
I see by today’s practice of the technique outlined in this blog that its use brings a lasting peace to the heart, and a steady glow to the personal body of Light. It is my hope that this technique will be of help to you as well.

Dear Ones,
First, let me say that Demons are pretty common energies here on Earth. They are here for a reason … to give us choices between right (angel help) and wrong (them). So, I am hoping you will not be too put off by the following.
FALSE TWIN FLAMES
There is a kind of false twin flame energy that is caused by Demon entanglement. Sometimes Demons will hop onto people …
In fact, sometimes they will hop onto two people. Demons are not physical beings; they are just astral beings. They do this ‘hopping on’ thing so they can see the world, through the people, with physical eyes. If an attraction exists between the two people, the Demon interference can falsely persuade them that they are twin flames, by ratcheting up sensual perception.
While the torrid romance is going on, most likely on the astral plane only, the Demons get a chance to get to know this duo’s pet peeves. With a little practice, they can use these to flood the duo’s emotional bodies with negative emotions.
Soon thereafter, because of the Demon Interference, the romance is very likely to turn to mutual dislike, dismay, fear, even hatred. This is because the Demons pour into their minds negative thought forms. Yet the two may remain astrally corded for years, because of the thoughts of dislike, dismay, hatred and fear that flow between them. You no doubt get the picture! DEMON WARFARE
In warring against Demons, it is important to realize that another human being is not your target. The Demon is your target, in almost every instance. As mentioned above, Demons pal around with humans willy-nilly, just like that! In the flash of an eye, they hop on!
So you have to be a skilled marksman; a ‘crack shot’, a ‘sharpshooter’ … Aim your words with utmost care at the Demon and not the person onto whom they hopped.
Here are words that worked for me last night. They are pretty harsh, so take a care not to develop hardness of heart in speaking them …

The Illuminati are bound to Demons by many contracts, as it is from the Demon World that they get their special occult abilities and knowledge.
These humans who are bound to the Demon Realm consciously use the ‘False Twin Flame’ Demon setup to increase their power in the world. In recent years, and perhaps priorly, they have been tying one of their ranks to an ascending person to impede that person’s ascent. My feeling is, if you sense the Illuminati around you, go ahead and give them ‘what for’, like this …

I know this sounds harsh, but here is the trouble: The Illuminati are using all their occult knowledge to bind their energies so thoroughly to ascending persons that our Celestial Ascension Teams cannot disentangle their energies from ours, so as to give them ‘what for’.
ILLUMINATI HIDE AND SEEK
Essentially, the Illuminati are ‘hiding out’ in the energy field of ascending humans. In my case they have done this by transferring a little astral matter from three Illuminati into my astral field, hoping to create an ‘anchor’ to ‘blend’ their astral matter with mine.
To further their power, they will first bind one person to themselves through the False Twin Flame ploy. Then they will bind a person of the opposite sex to themselves through a same-gender sexual act. At this point both False Twin Flamers are bound to Demons, because the Illuminati are bound to Demons.
Then, so as to further his range of Demonic influence on humankind, an Illuminatus will rope these two demonized False Twin Flamers to each other, with one as the power-over antagonist of the other. So the Light of each unwitting inductee will continue to be dampened by the Demons, and the Illuminatus’ demonic reach will include both of them.
Then the Illuminatus will do this again, and so, double his Dark network, sending each new pair of inductees out into the world so as to increase his territory geographically. And so on. It will end up being a funnel-shaped, geographically dispersed arrangement, like this …

GENDER SHIFTING AMONGST ILLUMINATI AND OTHER POSSESSED OR OBSESSED PEOPLE, BECAUSE OF THE NONGENDER NATURE OF THE NEGATIVE ASTRAL ALIENS KNOWN AS ‘DEMONS’
The Illuminati (as well as other possessed or obsessed people) switch roles from male to female just like that. You might think of them as neither male nor female; that is, as intersex (third-gender) individuals or hermaphrodites of a negative astral alien species, in a way.
This is not to say that those humans who are intersex individuals are bound to the Demon Realm. This is not at all the case. Rather, intersex individuals are closer to 5D … to our Star Brothers and Sisters … in gender aspect than most people in the world today. (For more on this, see the postscript below.)
Being bound to the Demon Realm requires a contract, or contracts, with Demonry. This has nothing to do with a person’s gender, whether it be male, female, or intersex. Rather, it is a question of surrendering our Free Will to the Dark in return for a favor.
GENDER SOFTENING AMONGST OUR STAR BROTHERS AND SISTERS
While ‘gender switching’ is a dodge for the Illuminati, it ought not be confused with the ‘gender softening’ characteristic of our star brethren. As we ‘beam up’ … or maybe it should be termed ‘beam out’ … dimensionally, we become aware of this mitigation of sexual dimorphism.

To me, the above image by Tom Verre represents the sacredness of the ‘gender softening’ experienced in the higher dimensions.
USING CORRECT GENDER WORDS IN EXORCISM
In the possessed Illuminatus (as well as in other people who are demonically possessed or obsessed), the Demon Realm uses the intersex mindset simply because most people on Earth overlook it. Their hope is that people attempting to exorcise them may create an escape clause in the words they speak, by ‘mind sliding’ past recognition of the non-gender status of the obsessing Demon.
In the case of a man or woman who is possessed, for example, the exorcist might mistakenly speak of the Demon as ‘he’ when in fact it functions as both ‘he’ and ‘she’, or as neither. If the exorcist misrepresents the ‘non-gender’ status of a possessing Demon, then to the Demon that is a loophole to retain tenancy in the person’s body.
Negatively aspected astral entities can hide out in various ‘genders’ or in an ‘ungendered’ shape just as they can hang out by melding with a human’s energy bodies. Imagine you are dealing with a consummately cunning lawyer with a large personal library of psychic lawbooks at their fingertips.
Thus, the exorcist must take into consideration the non-gender, or atypical gender, or what you might say, ‘motile’ gender role of the possessing or obsessing Demon. The exorcist may find better results by addressing the Demon as neither ‘he’ nor ‘she’ … instead using non-gender words such as ‘it’ or ‘this being’ or ‘them’.
THE OUTLOOK IS GOOD
As more and more people awaken to the power-over, Dark stuff that is going on, of course at first anxiety sets in. But pretty soon, everyone realizes that we have many, many tools at our disposal to fight the Dark and shine forth in the Light.
We have our own courage and strength in the face of adversity, our own faith, hope and charity, which have been honed by our perseverance in the long age of lesser Light that has just now ended.
We have our human friends who stand firmly for the Light … Who refuse to make war on their fellow humankind … Who know, hands down, where the real problem lies.
We have our Celestial Ascension Team: beings of Light and love, and Angels. We have God Himself.
And we have the Incoming Light, ever streaming down upon Earth with greater and greater beauty, as the Ascension proceeds and Christ consciousness floods into our mother Earth.
So, dear ones, take heart! Know that we are at the door of God’s kingdom. Protect your friends, love all humankind, stand for the Light! Know that all is well!

The Unconscious Thought Cloud of the World, which flows through the first 3 chakras old-style, i.e., the ‘lower triangle’, is a ‘crowd energy’, not an individualized energy … it is like looking at lots of people in a funhouse mirror, which shows the unconscious rather than the conscious noospheric energies …
Oh, yikes! I immediately got a picture something like this …
So this morning I woke up, as usual, with the feeling that my subconscious mind had done some heavy-duty merging with the unconscious thought cloud of the world as I slept. My cat was behaving like a tiny tiger. Unaccountable goings on.
I tried, first of all, opening my eyes wide and looking up at the ceiling.
Feeling still there! So then I tried those yoga asanas I had learned years ago … sitting up straight, and rotating the trunk of the body, first one way, then the other.
Still there! So then I tried rolling the head in figure eights.
Still there! So then I tried singing this song to my cat Lucy, and that worked!
