When I walked in the East Coast meadows on a fall day in my youth, sometimes I would encounter tiny, dried, bell-shaped flower clusters standing on stalks close to the ground.

The faerie world likes this tinkle sound, which can be heard in ultrahigh frequency for the length of time this caption can be seen.

The ‘tinkle sound’ the gentle wind made as it chimed through those natural musical instruments was like the tinkling sound the faeries love to sing along with in this recording.

I have a short song for you today. It is a little lullaby. I am using it to calm my mind when I cannot get to sleep right away. Or whenever I feel a little bit sad or upset, I find it is very calming and soothing.

It is very simple. You can put your own name in there, instead of the word I am using. It goes like this …

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I have a little story for you.

Here we have the grasses growing gently. They’ll be getting taller and taller as the winter goes on. Turning into the golden stalks of California oats.

And after a while, those stalks will grow heavy with seeds. And the seeds will ripen. And droop down towards the Earth. And fall down amongst the leaves.

And then, at nightfall, the field mice and gophers will come around and they’ll start eating the seeds of the oats. And carrying them down to their burrows to store.

And because there will be so many of them, some of the seeds will stay right here on the Earth, and be covered up by the little leaves of the oak tree up above. And be sheltered from the heat of the summer. And will survive until this time next year rolls around.

And then the rains will come. And the seeds will send down long, white tendrils and roots, deep into Mother Earth.

And up above: Green shoots of courage, standing up straight, waving, in the mild breeze, to the golden sunlight from above. And as time goes on, we’ll hear another roundelay, in the song of this great Mother Earth.
