Meditation and Visualization to Activate the Third-Eye Point and the Crown Chakra . channeled by Alice B. Clagett

Dear Ones,

Here is a meditation and visualization with a 4 and 8 count breath (inhale to the count of four while silently speaking ‘Sa Ta Na Ma’; then exhale to the count of four plus four while silently speaking ‘Sa Ta Na Ma’ twice. From my own practice of the meditation and visualization, I find it works fine if practiced for 3 minutes, and works even better if practiced for 11 minutes.

If you begin to feel light-headed or dizzy, stop practicing right away, or else begin counting faster, so that your lungs will get the right amount of oxygen …

Caveat: Before practicing this or any yoga practice or meditation, consult your medical doctor to make sure it is a good choice for you, considering what your health may be.

Through the strength of His crucifixion with His burial,
Through the strength of His resurrection with His ascension,
Through the strength of His descent for the judgement of Doom.

“I arise today
Through the strength of the love of the Cherubim,
In the obedience of angels,
In the service of archangels,
In the hope of the resurrection to meet with reward,
In the prayers of patriarchs,
In prediction of prophets,
In preaching of apostles,
In faith of confessors,
In innocence of holy virgins,

I learned this just now … If a man curses you as you lie at rest, you can say: May this bad karma not return to him, but instead be dissolved through God’s great grace.

If it is a woman you can say: May this bad karma not return to her, but instead be dissolved through God’s great grace.

In that way your heart … your own heart … becomes more like the heart of Christ. And the karma of the curse is dissolved through God’s grace.

I offer it to you today, in your passage through the Ascension, to help during influxes of Incoming Light, for protection against Dark Attacks and what they call ‘smash and grab’ attacks.
