SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

Yesterday I went for a walk in the mountains. It was glorious, with the spring foliage. On my way back I encountered two oriental women who had with them, off leash, a black wolf with orange eyes.

The wolf came towards me from afar, with its head lowered … which, in my experience with dogs, might mean an intention possibly to attack. I remembered my karate training, which is to place weight underside when under attack. What that does is it grounds one greatly to the Earth. You feel your underarms instead of your shoulders. You relax your shoulders. And you relax down into your heels. And do not do anything; just wait. See what happens.

The look on the faces of the people was priceless. They were really concerned. So I knew this was a wolf that had a history of attacking people. As it approached, I called out a greeting to the older woman. When you call out a greeting to the human that a dog is with, that means that you know them … especially if they reply back. And then the dog does not attack.

But this woman did not respond. And so it was ‘iffy’. But to get down to it, when the black wolf finally got very, very close to me, it decided not to attack. So here is to say that in difficult circumstances there is always a way through.

Remain calm. Remain centered. Remain grounded to Mother Earth, especially in our beautiful Santa Monica Mountains, and all will be well.
