SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

In these days of the current Solar Maximum, more and more people are arising to Awareness of their fifth and sixth chakras as they find themselves encountering the wondrous new worlds of the Fifth and Sixth Dimensions. As these people arise to Awareness, those chakras begin to clear and to be purified of any negative energies … any malware. As they are arising and clearing, the impurities that are leaving their energy fields may impress themselves upon the Lightworker.

I have discovered a mudra that helps strengthen the throat chakra (the fifth chakra). This is the chakra that, when we place our Awareness on it, brings us into the Fifth Dimension.

What that does is, it creates in the throat chakra a close-knit, healthful vibration of energy … not the type of energy where strands are going out here or there as people claw into a person’s throat, with this or that negative emotion, from the astral plane or the telepathic plane, and attempt to silence a person’s voice and insert their own voice into the person’s throat chakra.

What it does is it consolidates the energy of your own throat, and creates a healthful, centered, stable energy field there.

The mudra is with hands clasped … four fingers together, two thumbs crossed, with the elbows relaxed by the side, the hands out at the level of the navel point.

I have the fingers of my left hand curled over the right hand. But you may find that, for you, it is better to curl the fingers of the right hand over the left hand … whichever feels best for you.

Looks like this from underneath …

Looks like this from the front …

Image: “Hands-Clasped Mudra (Seen From the Front),” by Alice B. Clagett, 16 April 2022, CC BY-SA 4.0

And it looks like this from the top …

Image: “Hands-Clasped Mudra (Seen From the Top),” by Alice B. Clagett, 16 April 2022, CC BY-SA 4.0

Image: “Hands-Clasped Mudra (Seen From the Top),” by Alice B. Clagett, 16 April 2022, CC BY-SA 4.0

See how loosely the hands are folded together? Very loosely. There is no tension there. My thought is that what we want is a ‘together’, but not torn open or expanded or destabilized chakric field for both the throat chakra and the third-eye point. (I will mention the latter as the video goes on.)

I am holding this mudra at my navel point … the center of will. I could be standing or sitting.

I look down towards my hands, and I am imagining and saying to myself silently: This is how my throat chakra energy is right now.

It is very important to visualize and imagine, at the same time as we silently speak the words. You are looking down, and you are imagining that the energy of your throat is exactly in the sort of configuration of this loose, hand-clasped mudra. [Looks down at clasped hands.] My throat energy is exactly like this.

You could use the same visualization and mudra for the third-eye point if black magicians and those sorts of people have been drilling into it and attempting to take over your mind.

You could look down at your clasped hands, which are at the level of the navel point, and imagine that the third-eye point energy is like this: Loosely clasped, cohesive, not torn, but carefully put together energy.

This is the Hands-Clasped Mudra, good for healing of the throat chakra (the fifth chakra) and the third-eye point (the sixth chakra) as people are becoming more and more aware of those energies, and yet, during this Solar Maximum, they may not be completely clear or pure in the energies that are there. They may be impressing those impure energies on your own energy field.

And so these two exercises of loosely compacting and carefully arranging the energies of the fifth chakra and the sixth chakra may be very helpful to the Lightworkers in the current Solar Maximum. They may allow us to transform to the Light negative energies that are cast in our direction … or that we, as empaths pick up on … so that we can be pure Light once more.

That’s all for now.

God bless you all,
And keep you safe,
And be with you
Through all your days.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I was listening to a broadcast by another Lightworker just now, and some being came along. It was bothering my right eye and the right side of my head. I do not know what it was. I might even have been the sunlight out of the French doors.

As I was sitting on the sofa, I tried to block the being … or the sunlight; whatever it was … like this. [Shows hands palms out by the right side of the head, fingers spread wide and gently wiggling, and fingertips pointed upwards.]

It was like I imagined I was a little goldfish, and my hands were like the little fins that move gently. And I thought these moving fingertips might soothe this being that was trying to block me from listening. It might soothe this being in the same way that looking at a goldfish soothes the unsettled heart. And it worked!

So there you have a technique you can use in case a being comes around some part of your head. Pretend you are just a friendly little goldfish swimming very slowly, or sitting still in the water, like that. [Shows same gently wiggling fingers.] It works great! And it made me feel good too.

God bless you all!

In love, light and joy,
I Am of the Stars

Kriya to Unite the Gut Brain with the Heart . by Alice B. Clagett

Dear Ones,

Here is a kriya to unite the aura. There is an edited Summary after the video …

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

WHAT IT WILL DO FOR YOU

This is a technique to use to bring the energy of the gut brain up to the heart chakra; to bring the energy of the lower triangle up to the heart chakra. Use it standing up. Your feeling is that you are uniting your energy field and your aura with this technique.

HOW TO DO IT

The hands are in fists, proximal interphalangeal joints (PIP joints … the finger joints nearest the knuckles) nearly touching. Slowly, with isometric tension, they are drawn up the torso, from the level of the lower abdomen to heart level, as this phrase is spoken: Yes, I do love you!

It is said with a certain amount of determination and willpower. It goes like this …

Yes!

The hands are in fists, proximal interphalangeal joints (PIP joints … the finger joints nearest the knuckles) nearly touching, at the level of the heart.

I will do it again: Yes, I do love you!

The feeling in the heart is neutral heart energy in the center of the heart, the center of the chest, the hidden hridaya.

Two Buckets and Two Fingers: A Grounding Technique . by Alice B. Clagett . by Alice B. Clagett

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

Here is a grounding technique inspired by a movie I once saw. I call the technique “Two Buckets and Two Fingers.” There is an edited Summary after the video …

VIDEO BY ALICE

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

I am going to tell you how to feel grounded. It is a simple technique. You are going to need two buckets. I think you can get cheap ones at the hardware stores.

You take two buckets, and you fill them up about an inch full, with water. Then you take the handles of the buckets, one in each hand, and pick them up just with the last two fingers on your hands …

Image: “Bucket and Two fingers – Grounding Technique,” by Alice B. Clagett, 16 December 2014, CC BY-SA 4.0

With your body relaxed, hold the buckets of water at your side.

While you are standing there, holding the two buckets, take a survey of your body muscles, and figure out which muscles are relaxed, and which muscles are tensed. This is the position of the muscles when you are grounded.

The next lesson is to let go of the buckets, and just stand there while tensing the appropriate muscles. If you forget, you can always pick up the buckets again.

Keep practicing that for a few days until, at will, you can replicate the dynamics of the muscles while holding the two buckets of water.

That is the tip of the day.

Mudra for a Steady Heart

I have for you today a two-handed mudra for a steady heart.

How to Do it. For the left hand, the tip of the third finger (the ring finger) and the thumb tip touch; the other fingers are outstretched.

For the right hand, the tip of the middle finger (the longest finger) and the thumb tip touch; the other fingers are outstretched.

So you have these two diverse mudras, one for each hand. Hold the right hand in front of the left, both hands palm forward and outstretched fingers held upward, at heart level. The elbows are relaxed down by the sides. You are sitting very quietly in meditative pose.

What It Will Do for You. This is the Mudra for a Steady Heart. The fingers that are outstretched are like sticky barbs … like the plastic barbs they put on the edges of roofs to keep the pigeons from perching there. In this case the barbs are to ward off the thought forms of other people from the front funnel of your heart chakra. The ‘barbs’ prevent the thoughts of other people from waffling the front funnel of your heart chakra back and forth … That is the way of saying it in the world of Duality,

But if we say it in terms of Advaita, these fingers steady the inflow and outflow of vortical energy from the front stream of energy of the heart chakra.

SUMMARY OF THE VIDEO

What the Kriya Will Do For You

I have here a new mudra and kriya … a way of placing the arms and hands, and a way of walking … to heal the broken or to resolve a long-standing grudge, or to heal the injuries of the heart that have accumulated over many lifetimes.

How to Do the Kriya

The fingers of the two hands are interlaced, except that the index fingers and thumbs are joined, with a diamond shape in between, like this …

Image: “Arjuna Kriya 1: Wide Open Heart Stance with Diamond Mudra and the Silent Step,” by Alice B. Clagett, 24 May 2020, CC BY-SA 4.0 … DESCRIPTION: Hands are together, thumb tips touching, tips of index fingers touching, and palms apart, so that there is a diamond-shaped space between the two touching thumbs and the two touching index fingers. The rest of the fingers are loosely interlaced. The hands are held at the level of the heart chakra, with the joined thumb tips pointing towards the heart and the joined index fingers pointing horizontally outward, away from the person doing the mudra. This is not seen, but relevant: Elbows are out, away from the sides, so that the space between the heart center and the hands is roughly oval. You can walk in a sedate way while doing this kriya. It could be a walking meditation. If you do walk like this, do that special kind of walk where you set down the toes of your feet first, and then your heel. I call this the Silent Step.

This is a Native American way of walking that I learned many years ago from Earth Skills … https://www.earthskills.com/ … an animal tracking, wilderness survival, and Native American culture outfit located in Frazier Park, California. According to my Earth Skills teachers, Native American trackers and hunters walked silently over the leaf-strewn forest floors in that way. It is a very graceful way of walking.

So you are holding the wide-open space of your heart, and you are walking gracefully in your meditative stance. To heal the broken heart.

ABOUT ARJUNA

Arjuna was a central character of the Mahabharata, an Indian philosophical epic. This image of Arjuna with bow drawn, riding in a war chariot, with Lord Krishna as charioteer, is one of my favorites …

Image: “ISKCON Jagannath Bbt Partha Sarathi/Krishna Arjun” …   https://www.amazon.in/images/I/51uZvfHE1PL.jpg … DESCRIPTION: Arjuna with bow drawn, stands in a moving chariot drawn by four white horses moving at a gallop. Holding the reins of the chariot is Lord Krishna, the charioteer. There are slain men and fighting people all around them.

In a way, the image reminds me of Arjuna Kriya.

That I know of, there are three people that identify as Arjuna, the spiritual son of Indra. I am one of them, then there are two others. You might say that we identify with Arjuna.

In my own timeline theory, I was Arjuna. Because each human being has their own series of timeline choices, it is also possible that the other two people, in their own timelines, experienced being Arjuna in ages past. Who is to say?
