There may be an entity titled Alice Clagett et al. or AB Clagett et al. that is engaging in lawsuits or maybe in adversarial financial actions. The person by either of those names is not me. If there is such an entity, it may have to do with someone else with a name similar to my own.
Overall, I have a concern that lawsuits or adversarial financial actions by what is termed ‘unrelated parties’ not be carried out in such a way as to damage my good name and my good will in the community. If you have reason to believe that I have initiated such an action, kindly contact me and ask me whether it is so. That way we both can be clear as to what goes on.
