Last night, at my wits’ end, actually, with painful and seemingly capricious ascension symptoms (1) (2), I was led by Spirit to try a new meditation, which flooded my body with light, imparted peace of mind, and abated my ascension symptoms. Perhaps you will find this meditation helpful too …
Lie on your back in corpse pose, arms at your sides, palms up. This will smoothe out the body’s energy lines (3) and maximize the effectiveness of the meditation …

(But if the pain is too great, it’s ok to move into another position, such as lying on your side. Try not to cross arms or legs, though.)
As you breathe in, place your awareness inside your head, at the center of the head. As you breathe out, release that awareness and focus on nothing in particular. Continue with this practice as long as the ascension symptoms are troubling you.
The center of the head, at about the level where the eyebrows meet, or just a tad above that, but deep inside the brain, is the location of the pituitary and pineal glands. This may have something to do with the effectiveness of the meditation.
